The price of a SkinCard includes the cost of the skin, applicable taxes and economy shipping. SkinCards are good only for the product type selected at time of purchase and are not redeemable for cash or credit.

Are there restrictions on what I can get with my Pincode?
Some pincodes have restrictions and these will show as greyed out areas on design and device pages.

Do I need a credit card to use my Pin Code?
No. Your Pin Code order will be processed without cost to you, including standard shipping charges.

My pincode didn't work. Why?
If your pincode is not accepted, please re-enter it, double-checking each of the numbers and letters. If it still doesn't work, contact customer service.
