Bob King

Chief Executive Officer

Bob King, the CEO of Skinit since August 2010, brings a full body of expertise and a track record of success to the company. He has extensive experience in high-growth markets, corporate turnarounds, international, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and financings.

Bob is best known for leading Corporate Express, first as COO and later as CEO, through a period of explosive growth that took the company from a $50 million regional supplier of office products to a $4.5 billion international supplier of office products, software, printing and forms, and advertising specialty products (CE was purchased by Buhrman NV in 1999 and then Staples in 2007). Bob next executed a turnaround and repositioning at Requisite Technology, a provider of software and services for catalog and parts file management; a transition and revenue acceleration at Clickbank, an online retailer of digital products; and a transition and revenue acceleration at Eco-Products, a manufacturer/distributor of single serve food service products.

Anne Von Dyl

Head of Sales, Senior Director

Anne has a diverse management background in business development with achievements in generating year-over-year revenue growth and cultivating strategic relationships. With over 15 years in consumer goods; Anne has managed multi-million dollar P&L's representing a variety of product assortments and services. She has lead cross-functional teams that sold to and supported national retailers in the big box, specialty and wholesale club markets. Anne attended college at Parsons School of Design in New York and New York University. She recently completed a Leadership and Management program through the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame.

Kathleen Milbier

Senior Sales Manager, Promotions

Kathleen, an east coast native who hails from Boston College, is an innovative and energetic professional with over a decade of advertising, branding and marketing experience. While with San Diego, California based supplier, AddVenture, she built a personal brand in the Advertising Specialty Industry. Her well-known Compressed Kathleen Project received numerous awards and recognition while demonstrating company products, increasing sales, and using new media to market effectively. Kathleen has been named on ASI's 2010 Hot List and PPAI's 2011 Rising Stars.

Mike Zurn

Mike's career spans a record of achieving sales targets in rapidly evolving markets. He has over 12 years of experience in the retail, wireless and hospitality industries, with an extensive background in account management and customer support.

Adelia Carrillo

Sales Administrator and Trade Show Coordinator

Goal setting, strategy implementation and attention to detail makes Adelia an incredibly important asset to the SkinIt team. Prior to joining SkinIt, she held managerial positions at several companies, including Massage Envy. Adelia is consistently strengthening our customer relationships with her keen ability for planning and executing the logistics of our promotional programs.

Satu Terrell

Project Manager

Satu oversees projects to ensure that all aspects run seamlessly through the company. She manages the project plans, stakeholders and conflict resolution while maintaining the progress, mutual interaction and tasks of the various departments. Satu has worked for Fortune 500 companies and multiple start-ups in the medical and bioengineering industries prior to joining Skinit.

Sean Imlay

Vice President of Global Business Development and Account Management

Sean Imlay has over 16 years experience in business development, sales and marketing. Working in both consumer and commercial business development, Sean has a long track record of optimizing company growth. Sean comes to Skinit from Newell Rubbermaid, where he led a $250+MM P&L across multiple durable and semi-durable brand categories. Sean also specializes in New Product Development utilizing the Milestone method as well as experience in disciplined S&OP optimization across multiple vertical markets and distribution channels.

Sean has received extensive training from graduate business schools including Wharton, Kellogg, and the University of Chicago. Imlay received his MBA from the University of Texas- San Antonio.

Lewis Chang

Vice President, Head of E-Commerce and Marketing

Lewis Chang has over a decade of successful marketing, e-commerce, operations, sales, and supply chain experience for large corporations and startups in the United States, Europe and China. Lewis has led and advised top e-commerce companies on their interactive marketing strategies, holding titles of SVP and VP for Citi, Experian and other similar corporations. Additionally, Lewis was the driving force behind many industry-leading strategies at Citibank.com and CitiMortgage.com. His marketing and business expertise is firmly rooted in PandL disciplines coupled with his practical experiences in driving revenue growth through all channels.

John O'Brien

Creative Director

Serving as the Creative Director since 2005, John O'Brien has helped build Skinit from a small startup to the industry leader it is today. Drawing on a deep art and design background, John works to manage the art department in the creation of best-selling licensed and original artwork, web design and a broad range of marketing and visual design initiatives. Prior to Skinit, John worked freelance and for agencies developing web and print design for clients in the art, technology, engineering, fitness and entertainment fields.

Executive Vice President, Global Operations

With over 25 years of global leadership experience in driving the direction of technology organizations, strategic planning and leading global operations, Billy Crotty is recognized as one of the world's top international Supply Chain executives. An expert in operations, sales, supply chain management and engineering, Billy is a passionate and proactive leader that uses his unique skill set, innovation and ability - to cultivate relationships which deliver both customer satisfaction and production excellence.

Prior to Skinit, Billy held Senior Operational level positions at Pure Energy, Superior Communications, and Cellon Inc., where he was primarily responsible for Supply Chain Management and Product Development.
